"Easy checkout and felt secure"
I ordered from workingclassheroes.co i was glad to see a few payment options. I used PayPal because I always feel a bit more reassured not having to put my card details in directly. The checkout was quick, everything went through smoothly, and there were no odd issues or anything that made me worry.

I ordered a jacket from workingclassheroes.co.uk and ended up needing a different size. The exchange form was straightforward, and sending it back wasn’t much of a hassle, which I appreciated. I did feel a bit unsure after a while though, because it took longer than I expected to get an update and I had to chase them once. They sorted it in the end, and the new size fits fine, so I’m happy overall. I just think quicker communication would make the experience feel a lot smoother.

Ordered from workingclassheroes.co and, the checkout was a lot smoother than I expected. No odd extra steps, no pages hanging around forever, and the payment went through without any drama. Got the confirmation email pretty much straight away too. It’s not exactly rocket science, but plenty of sites still manage to mess it up, so fair play to them — nice and simple.

"Good site, but the limited selection feels avoidable"
I’ve used Working Class Heroes a few times and they do have some solid brands on there, like Patagonia, Carhartt and a few others I usually look for. The site is easy to browse and I’ve never had any real issues finding my way around. My only gripe is that the brand range can feel a bit limited depending on what you’re after, and popular sizes seem to sell out quickly. It’s not a bad shop at all, I just think the lack of variety is kind of avoidable and it’d be much better if they added a bit more choice

"Quick and easy help"
Had a small issue with my order, so I emailed them and honestly... they got back to me really quickly and just sorted it out, no hassle or anything. The person replying was friendly too, like it didn’t feel like some automated thing, if that makes sense. Just easy, really. I’d definitely order from Working Class Heroes again.

I ordered from Working Class Heroes and ended up needing to return one of the items. The return process itself was straightforward, so no complaints there, but the refund took longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but the replies were slow and I kind of felt like I was being dismissed rather than properly helped. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been handled more smoothly.

I had to send a jacket back because it didn’t fit me properly, and to be fair I wasn’t going to keep something I knew I wouldn’t wear. The return postage wasn’t ridiculously expensive, which I appreciated, and the whole process was straightforward. Refund came through without any hassle too. I’d be happy to use Working Class Heroes again.

I’d been trying to find this jacket in my size for ages, but everywhere else seemed to be sold out. Working Class Heroes still had it available, and choosing the size and placing the order was really straightforward. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and it arrived quickly too. Always nice when a shop actually has decent size options in stock.

"Saved a bit on trainers"
Used a promo code on a pair of trainers and ended up saving a decent amount, which is always a win. Checkout was simple enough and the price was better than the other shops I looked at, so I kind of feel like that means they’re a safe bet. Would deffo use Working Class Heroes again

I ordered from Working Class Heroes and everything went smoothly, the item arrived in perfect condition, delivery was quicker than I expected, and there weren’t any problems at all with the order, but the only reason I’m knocking off a star is that the shipping cost felt a little steep for what I bought, so while it’s not a major complaint and I’d probably use them again, I’d just check the total price first to make sure it still feels worth it.
